After 4 weeks of nursing on-demand (which translates into "whenever Russell's eyes are open"), I have found the answer: The Natursutten all-natural pacifier. I love this pacifier because it is one complete system - which means no little crevices for bacteria to get trapped. Russell loves the large, soft silicone shield against his lips and cheeks. He will not keep any other pacifier in his mouth.
